Terms of purchase
Our terms of purchase apply to all purchases made through Novooi's online store. By ordering from our online store, you accept these terms.
Order
When we receive your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation to your email address. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the order confirmation corresponds to the order for the number, item type, price, etc. The item is delivered according to the order confirmation. If you have objections to the confirmation, contact us within seven days from the date of the confirmation. Novooi is not obliged to accept changes to the order after the order confirmation has been shipped and the order is placed.
Prices
All product prices include value added tax (VAT). International shipping costs are stated and included by check -out. The buyer is responsible for any additional costs associated with international fees related to customs and VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices, printing errors, changes in text, images and links on our website. Please note that colors reproduced in the online store may differ from the actual color of the product, partly due to different color rendering on different screens.
International shipping
International orders may be charged with value added tax, import duties and other fees on arrival to the recipient country. We send orders according to Delivered Duty UNPAID (DDU), which means that we do not collect or estimate customs duties and fees in advance. For more information on specific costs, it is recommended to contact your local customs office.
During periods of high demand, such as holidays and campaigns, the treatment time may be somewhat longer. The delivery time will also vary depending on where the order is to be sent.
Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods available in our online store. We use Dintero Checkout as our transaction provider. When we refund the purchase in their portal, it must in some cases be expected a few days before the amount is back in the account. How long it takes depends on agreements between the banks.
Delivery
Novooi collaborates with pro -free and UPS for the delivery of our products. If an order exceeds the size or weight restrictions of these carriers, we will collect offers from other shipping companies specialists in handling larger shipments.
When checking out in the online store, you will get more delivery options based on the product's weight, dimensions and your delivery address (postal code). These shipping choices are automatically generated through our transport partners, so you can easily choose what suits you best.
For larger furniture shipments in the Oslo area, we use local carriers specialists in furniture. Once we have received the necessary details about your order, we collect a price quote and arrange an appropriate delivery time. Note that the entire purchase price must be paid, and the transport form must be completed and signed before the furniture is sent out. We will inform you of the expected delivery time in the order confirmation. Novooi is not responsible for delays caused by third -party suppliers.
Withdrawal
Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of withdrawal, the buyer may undo the purchase in accordance with the right of withdrawal. The buyer must inform the seller that he/she will use the right of withdrawal within 14 days after the right of withdrawal starts. This deadline includes all calendar days. If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
Complaint and return
If you receive a defective item, send an email to hei@novooi.com with photos of the damage within 3 days after receipt.
You can return an item within 14 days, except Made-to-Order products. Return costs are covered by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Tailor -made and handmade products cannot be returned or canceled after ordering. The item must be unused and in original condition for full refund. Damaged return goods are not accepted.
Upon return, attach the order number and desired action (refund or exchange). Mark the "Return Goods / Return" package to avoid customs costs and pack the item well. Reimbursement is paid to the original payment method via the Dintero Checkout. Treatment time varies according to banks' process.
Complaint
If a defect is detected in the item, you must notify us within a reasonable time after the error was detected or should have been detected. Complaints made within 2 months of the discovery are always considered timely.
The complaint deadline is:
- 2 years for goods with shorter life, such as textiles, some interior items and smaller objects.
- 5 years for goods meant to last longer, such as furniture, lighting and other durable products.
We process complaints in collaboration with our suppliers. If the complaint is approved, we will offer repair, delivery, price reduction or cancellation of the purchase in accordance with current regulations.
Note: The right of complaint does not cover damage caused by normal wear, incorrect use or lack of maintenance.

Credit of purchases
Once we have received the item in accordance with the guidelines mentioned above, we will process the refund and credit the amount to you. Novooi uses Dintero Checkout as our payment provider. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account after the refund is completed in Dintero's system.

Changes in terms
Novooi reserves the right to change these terms of purchase. Changes will be published on our website, and it is the customer's responsibility to keep up to date on current conditions.
