Design UVÆR
Uvær is a jewelry series in hand-formed porcelain with 925 silver/gold-plated rims. The series is based on observation of the small, broken but complete surroundings in Norwegian nature.
In the storm at the coast,
where the sea meets sand and rocks,
where everything is shattered and given new meaning.
The process from porcelain mass to finished product is carried out in 15 steps. Each pair is completely unique with small variations in size and shape. It is the designer's inner atmosphere that sets the mark on the design each day they are made.
