Eystein Sandnes

Description

Eystein Sandnes was an extremely active designer. His production ranged from glass and porcelain to cutlery and door knobs. For most people, however, Sandnes is best known as the chief designer for Porsgrunds Porselænsfabrik, where he worked for more than 30 years. Sandnes was also a designer for Magnor Glassworks and Stavangerflint. In addition, the book refers to lesser-known works, such as jewelry in ceramics and glass for Hadeland Glassverk.
