Sigrid Rostad is a Norwegian glass artist and designer with over 15 years of experience. Her sculptural glass worker reflects a deep connection to nature and a fascination for melted glasses' liquid properties.
Raised in a creative environment draws Sigrid inspiration from nature - shapes and movements from the sea, the mountains and the trees - and channels this into their work. In her studio in Bergen, she creates each work of lead -free crystal, which allows the glass to be shaped into organic, liquid structures that retain its natural vitality. Her art captures nature's essence and translates it into glass sculptures full of life and energy.
