Membership agreement

Norwegian designers and Scandinavian brands can become part of the community in Novooi. As a member, you get access to a curated platform that connects creators with professional purchasers and businesses, while also receiving extensive support in logistics, marketing and promotion.

1. Benefits of membership

• Inclusion in Novooi's catalog for professional purchasers and consumers.
• Increased visibility by over 40,000 monthly views on novooi.no and 1,000+ on Instagram Reels.
• Automatic product import.
• Plugine integration for orders forwarded to other logistics systems.
• Digital showroom with biography, up to 20 products, login, overview and self -service product upload/editing.
• Completed shipping labels and international customs treatment, which ensures a smooth and effective shipping process for all destinations.
• Curated editorial content, inspiration and promotion.
• Invitations to exclusive exhibitions, events and workshops.
• Marketing via Google, social media, trade shows and relevant publications.
• Customer service and sales are handled by Novooi.

2. Sales commission

• 10 % commission on B2B orders.
• 25 % commission on B2C orders.

3. Additional services

• Professional product photography (5 product images): 5,000 NOK.
• Video content (1-2 minutes edited movie): NOK 10,000.
• Editorial text services: NOK 1,200 per hour.

4. Shipping and Return

Novooi operates with a drop-shipping model similar to Etsy or Finn.no. Consumers and companies buy directly from craftsmen and brands.

• Orders are forwarded to the suppliers, who are responsible for shipping.
• Novooi issues shipping labels that can be printed by the suppliers.
• Suppliers log in to novooi.no to print shipping labels.
• Packages are delivered to a pick -up point or retrieved directly from the location.
• Novooi manages shipping agreements, value added tax and customs codes for international orders.
• Novooi handles returns returned to the suppliers.

5. Payouts for web sales

• Suppliers send an invoice to Novooi for payment either monthly or immediately after the products are sent to the customer.
• An automated payout system will be launched soon.

6. Cancellation policy

• Members can cancel their membership at any time without binding time.
• Invoicing cycles are terminated at the end of the current quarter unless resignation is registered in advance.

7. Terms and conditions

• Upon registration, members commit to Novooi's terms and conditions , which include the division of responsibilities, the use of the platform and compliance with community standards.
