Driven by a passion for transforming imagination into form, unites Anna Maria Øfstedal Eng, product designer and sculptor, her intuitive understanding of materials with a creative vision. Her furniture and interior objects erase the boundaries between art and function, challenge traditional norms and redefine the relationship between aesthetics and benefit.

Mysticism, shapes and materials from Norwegian nature fascinate her, and in the creation process she often lets uncontrollable formations affect and beautify her work. Her objects can be used both as sculptures and functional objects, where playful, morbing aesthetic expressions are the focus. Each product is unique and carefully handmade in her own workshop at Fjellhamar, Norway.

Sculptural, but functional. Bold and playful, yet elegant. Anna Maria Øfstedal Eng embraces the intuitive creature hand in the design process and has a passion for each unperfectable detail that highlights the openness of her work. In the studio at Fjellhamar, Norway, she is constantly developing new ideas for unique sculptural objects in ceramics, wood, stone and metal. Her workshop is open every Wednesday from 2 p.m. 10-17 for those who want to buy unique objects directly from the workshop. Anna was awarded the "Artistic Craft of the Year" by Better Design Award in 2020.
